DPST Enclosed Surface Switch

DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) – Dual changeover switch. The enclosed switch is designed for surface mounting with a modern, dirt-repellent finish in black (RAL 9005 Jet Black). It is rated IP44, providing protection against solid objects and water splashes, and features high UV resistance while being self-extinguishing (UL94). The enclosure is made from polycarbonate (PC), a material known for its exceptional impact strength, even in extreme cold or high temperatures, and it maintains its properties well after prolonged outdoor exposure. It is resistant to weak acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, paraffin, and alcohols (except methanol) but less resistant to oils, fats, and solvents. Polycarbonate should not be exposed to hot water above +60°C for extended periods. The switch complies with EN 60669-1:2018.
