A robust and innovative metal clip designed for the rapid, secure, and discreet fastening of cables, hoses, and pipes with diameters ranging from 4–11 mm. Owing to its intelligent design, installation can be completed up to 70% faster compared to traditional methods using clips, wall plugs, and screws. The clip is developed by Linian and features a proprietary surface treatment that provides exceptionally high corrosion resistance. FireClip has been salt spray tested for up to 1,000 hours, making it highly suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, as well as in demanding environments.
Installation is straightforward: drill a hole with a diameter of 6 mm and a depth of approximately 30 mm. For softer substrates, a 5.5 mm drill bit is recommended to ensure optimal fixing. The clip is then pressed directly into the hole, delivering a firm and vibration-resistant installation. FireClip is available in a range of colours, including white, black, red, and orange, as well as in versions for both single and twin cable installations. Its discreet, low-profile design ensures a neat and professional finish, making it particularly suitable for visible indoor environments where an aesthetically pleasing cable installation is required.
The product meets stringent fire safety requirements, offering 90 and 120 minutes of fire resistance, and is classified in accordance with DIN 4102-12 (90 minutes). The metal construction has a melting point exceeding 1200 °C, ensuring performance even under extreme temperatures.
