ReFuel - electric car charging
A charging station that is easy to mount and easy to use.
ReFuel is a complete electric car charging station that follows Mode 3 according to standard IEC / EN 61851-1.
It is suitable as a charging station in both own homes or public installations such as condominiums or at the workplace. The box is slim in format and with its design easily fits into most environments. It is connected either through the three different inlets on the back or under and from above with cable. IP54, 230V/50Hz, 16A or 32A.
- ReFuel is available in several different versions:
Basic is available in 1-phase 16A (3.7kW) or 32A (7.4kW), as well as 3-phase 32A (22kW) with the most important protections and has monitoring (mode 3) of the charge. The charging box contains protection against direct current faults (DC protection 6mA), thus only an RCD type A is required from the supply. ReFuel Basic can set the charging current from the maximum value in steps down to 6A per phase. Shutter protected socket type 2, energy backup for cable release in the event of a power failure and robust terminal block 3 or 5x10 mm2. The basic model is suitable for use in systems where you are sure that there is enough power without the risk of the main fuses tripping. The advantage of Basic is that you can easily calculate and expect the car to be charged.
Version with load balancing, PM is available in 1-phase 16A 3.7kW or 32A 7kW and 3-phase 3x32A 22kW. PM is complete with a power monitor, which is mounted in the main control panel.
In addition to the Basic, the PM model has load balancing which reduces the risk of the main fuse tripping unnecessarily. The PM models include energy meters that are pre-programmed for communication with the charging box. A twisted shielded cable is mounted between the charging box and the energy meter. The charging station has a clear display where the user can read out certain information. The PM model is used to advantage where the risk that the main fuse is not sufficient to handle all the property's loads. However, you should be aware that if the property's consumption is constantly close to the main fuse, the electric car may therefore not have been charged sufficiently. You should go through the electrical system and, if necessary, raise one or more steps on the main fuse size.
Version RFID + EM has an electronic lock that is opened with a credit card-like key card (2 cards included 1 Master, 1 User). It also has a built-in energy meter and a display to read consumption on.
Version NET can act as Master in a group of a total of 16 charging stations. The master box is set up during installation and can then handle everything "stand alone". If you want to know who has used the charging station, or you want to change instructions for RFID cards, this is done with a standard PC via the browser. A NET can be permanently connected via a router to a network if desired. A master can balance the available current between the connected standard charging boxes. Overall, a ReFuel NET installation will be a very cost-effective solution. ReFuel Basic and ReFuel RFID + EM can act as slaves to ReFuel NET.
All charging stations with Type 2 sockets, have a locking of the charging cable in the socket, when it is charged. This reduces the risk of unintentionally pulling out the cable during charging. In addition, the socket is equipped with a shutter security.
- Normal operation as stand-alone, some models can be connected (NET) with the possibility of central control. Connection with OCPP 1.6 is possible.
- Identification of connected load.
- 4m cable and Type-2 socket. Version with fixed cable.
- Impact resistance IK08
- Weather resistant, UV resistant
- Glow wire test GW650 ° C
